1. Introduction
1.1 At Modallica, we hope that every garment you receive brings you complete satisfaction. However, we understand that on occasion you may wish to return an item.
1.2 This policy outlines the circumstances under which products purchased from Modallica may be returned or exchanged.
1.3 This policy applies to all customers, regardless of their geographical location.
1.4 It applies to all purchases made through the Modallica website.
1.5 This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Returns
2.1 If you do not have another legal right to return a product for a refund or exchange, you may still return an item to us in accordance with this policy if:
(a) the returned item is received by us within 14 days from the date the order was dispatched;
(b) the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached, and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new;
(c) the return procedure described in this policy has been followed; and
(d) none of the exclusions described in this policy apply.
3. Returns Procedure
3.1 To request a return, please contact our customer care team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. This number must be included with your returned item.

3.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Modallica cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the product.
4.2 Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
4.3 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4.4 Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
5. Improper Returns
5.1 If a returned product does not comply with this policy, and you do not have another legal right to a refund or exchange:
(a) we may decline to issue a refund or exchange;
(b) we may retain the returned item until payment is received for the cost of re-delivery to you; and
(c) if such payment is not received within 14 days of our request, we reserve the right to dispose of the item at our discretion without further liability.
