1 Introduction

3. Order Process

3.1 The advertising of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat rather than a contractual offer.

3.2 No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section 3.

3.3 To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken:

  • add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout;

  • if you are a new customer, choose whether to create an account or checkout as a guest;

  • if you are an existing customer, enter your login details;

  • select your preferred delivery method and confirm your order and acceptance of these terms;

  • proceed to the secure payment page to complete payment;

  • we will send an acknowledgement email; and

  • once we confirm that we are able to fulfil your order, we will send an order confirmation email. At this point the contract becomes binding.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email.

4.1 We may change the products available on our website from time to time and we do not guarantee that any particular product will remain available.

5. Prices

5.1 Our prices are displayed on our website.

5.2 We may change prices from time to time, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5.3 All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

5.4 While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will notify you before proceeding.

5.5 Delivery charges may apply in addition to the product price and will be displayed during the checkout process.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment must be made during the checkout process.

6.3 If payment is not received in full, we may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract of sale.

6.4 If you make an unjustified chargeback, you agree to reimburse us within 7 days for:

(a) the full amount of the chargeback;

(b) any third-party costs incurred (such as bank or payment processor fees);

(c) an administration fee of £25 including VAT; and

(d) any reasonable costs incurred in recovering the amount.

A chargeback resulting from failure to recognise a transaction on your statement will be considered an unjustified chargeback.

7. Deliveries

7.1 Our policies regarding delivery are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7.2 We will arrange delivery of products to the address specified during checkout.

7.3 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver by the estimated delivery date, however delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

7.4 Unless exceptional circumstances apply, all orders will be dispatched within 30 days following payment and order confirmation.

7.5 We deliver products worldwide.

8. Distance Contracts – Right to Cancel

8.1 This section applies if you are purchasing as a consumer.

8.2 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8.5 Refunds will include the standard delivery cost unless a premium delivery option was selected.

8.6 If returned items show signs of handling beyond what would reasonably occur in a shop, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

8.7 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8.8 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Warranties and Representations

9.1 You confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • all information provided is accurate

  • you will be able to accept delivery of the products

9.2 We warrant that:

  • we have the right to sell the products

  • the products are free from undisclosed charges

  • the products will correspond to their description
