Free Delivery
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £150 (including VAT).
Orders below this amount will incur delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
For international deliveries, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely.
United Kingdom
For deliveries within mainland UK, customers may select Royal Mail or DHL at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
Up to 14 working days
Orders placed before 4:00 pm (UK time) on a working day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 pm or on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed, although we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Signature

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will usually make at least one additional delivery attempt.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions explaining how you can collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or lack of access to the delivery address, we may need to arrange a re-delivery.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-delivery.
